Why are hyperlocal digital experiences important?

80% of all in-store visits start online. However, the problem is that no matter where you are, the site looks exactly the same. This is the opportunity we solve for and why we started Radius8. Do consumers need to download an app?

No app is required. The Radius8 experience is responsive and mobile web-based. Consumers just need to visit your sight in order to engage. 

Who does Radius8 partner with?

The Radius8 platform is compatible with all tech stacks. However, we have pre-built integrations with Salesforce, Yext, Pitney Bowes Software/Syncsort, Tulip, Narvar, and JRNI that make it even easier for joint customers to get the most out of their investment. 

How does Welcomer function on a customer’s cell phone?

The consumer has to do nothing but simply visit your ecommerce site. The journey to the store starts online (from the office or home typically). Since this is an opt-in experience, consumers can control what they share and how they want to engage.

How Does Radius8 Differ from Targeted Marketing?

Radius8 localizes existing digital experiences. It is not a platform for push-notifications, email or other intrusive geo-based messaging. We are a full-stack local experience delivery platform that matches geofences with the right geo-specific content across all of your digital touchpoints - web, mobile, and app. We provide this in a platform that requires minimal development effort/technical debt to go live and can easily be managed, measured, and maintained by business users.

What are the geofencing radius limits for your platform? How is it configured?

The radius can be defined within the Radius8 tool. This is all configurable in real-time. For example, you can deliver an experience that is different for consumers that are within a 5-mile radius of a store vs customers that are 20 miles away. If your objective is to create gravity between the nearest store and the mobile consumer, you can deploy experiences on our platform to do that

How long does Radius8 take to deploy?

Radius8 can be deployed as quickly as just 2 weeks. We work with any tech stack, giving you 2 lines of JavaScript to add to your domain via Google Tag Manager or Telium and Voila!

How does Radius8 differ from Geo-API toolsets?

Most Geo-API toolsets answer the question of "Where is a Visitor?" while Radius8 is focused on "Where to deliver which experiences/content?" and then delivering it to the consumer when they are in the right place. 

Most toolsets power your mobile app only and trigger geofences. They don't do any of the local content management, they're API set that tells your app "Is consumer in X geofence? Yes, or No" you then need to figure out what you will do with that information.
